Arsinio Velasquez was born and raised in Toledo,OH and received a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Bowling Green State University in 2001. Tattooing came natural to him as he had been designing tattoos for years prior to being offered an apprenticeship in 2002. Although, he makes a living as a professional tattoo artist, Arsinio passionately delves in a plethora of art forms from glass blowing, to painting on canvas, to wood carving or designing graphics. Art is his passion in all forms, but the challenge of creating a beautiful and permanent piece of art on a living canvas is what  drives his artistic energy.
