
Georgina Tochimani Tochimani is a researcher from the municipality of Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. She received her Masters degree in History in the college of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in Mexico. She is the author of her most recent book, “Ixtlamatitla Tezcahuaca. Rupturas y permanencies dentro de la historia de San Agustin Calvario”, which was published in 2015. This work focuses on the history and cultural heritage of her hometown in Cholula, Puebla, revealing deep cultural roots. Additionally, Georgina has participated in national and international conferences disseminating her research on the history, indigenous roots, community work, and preservation of historic archives in the municipalities of Cholula, Puebla.
